Qt Info, l’applicazione sviluppata dal Nokia Developer è giunta, per dispositivi Symbian, alla versione numerata 3.0.

A Firenze il 27 ed il 28 di gennaio 2012 si terrà la prima conferenza Qt italiana. La conferenza, a partecipazione gratuita, è organizzata da Develer in collaborazione diretta con Nokia, che invierà alcuni ingegneri a tenere talk su diversi argomenti.

Dai Labs Qt Nokia ci giunge notizia di un importante aggiornamento per il Qt Software Development Kit, la potente suite multipiattaforma per la creazione e lo sviluppo di software per gli ecosistemi Symbian, Maemo, MeeGo e Desktop.

The DT_RPATH tag is commonly set in executables that depend on libraries that can’t be found in the default locations. For instance Qt Creator comes with its own copy of the Qt libraries and has an rpath to the directory that contains them. It’s also useful when you build your own version of Qt without installing it globally: Running binaries like qmlviewer will ‘just work’ because they contain an rpath to the Qt libraries they were compiled with.

Today I would like to introduce you to Inqlude, the Qt library archive. The goal of this project is to provide a comprehensive listing of all existing libraries for developers of Qt applications. So if you are creating applications using the Qt toolkit, and are looking for libraries, components or modules to use, Inqlude is meant to be the place where you find all information and pointers to get started.

Today over 900 members of the Qt community shared, learned and experienced the entire expanse of the Qt universe on day two of Qt Developer Days Munich.

The Qt Project è stato lanciato, a due giorni dall’inizio dei Qt Developer Days 2011. Nokia ne ha abbandonato la governance, trasformando così Qt in un progetto completamente open source.
